January 19

 Today you were absent so we were in Ms.Calloway’ class for 4th period. We completed word and definitions from the book. However I didn’t have enough time to finish the exercises assigned.

 Today only about 4 people showed up for class. I spent the free class catching up on any missing. I’m beyond happy that this school year is coming to an end but I am a little anxious about becoming a senior.

October 19th

 Today we furthered with the lesson of analyzing and citing textual evidence. We wrote an argumentative summary using a passage we read. We also made a claim based off themes  we got from the article. The summary must have a claim, evidence, explanation for that evidence, and a conclusion.
